Responsibilities
Paragon Medics is seeking a full-time Compliance Consultant to work with hospitals and doctors to credential our doctors to comply to work in hospitals across Australia. As a Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for the timely completion of the credentialing process, organising doctors travel and delivering outstanding customer service to both doctor and hospitals
Tasks
- Ensure registered doctors are compliant with industry standards to work in a hospital setting
- Consult with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition for locum doctors and hospitals
- Partner with hospital administration teams to understand credentialing requirements and timelines
- Build strong relationships with doctors to ensure timely return of paperwork
- Coordinate the completion and return of credentialing paperwork to hospitals in a timely manner
- Organise travel and accommodation for locum doctors, balancing doctors' requests with hospital budget guidelines
- Maintain high-quality compliance and document control systems
- Seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiencies
