Born and raised in Yorkshire, UK, Maneesha has worked for boutique and FTSE 250 recruitment companies throughout her career. After racking up more than 15 years of medical doctor recruitment experience in the UK and Australia, Maneesha partnered in launching Paragon Medics to transform the way healthcare professionals find rewarding positions in Australia and New Zealand.
This MBA qualified and BA Commerce graduate knows Australia’s medical doctor market inside out, keeping integrity, honesty, and meaningful relationships at heart. Maneesha has never been hesitant to go the extra mile to help her clients find the job opportunities they need and deserve.
With a laser-focus on recruiting doctors for temporary and permanent vacancies , Maneesha’s role has proved invaluable in building and establishing numerous specialist doctor desks. Maneesha’s headstrong, ambitious, and “can-do” attitude saw her start-up, grow and sustain multiple recruitment specialties between maternity leaves!
When Maneesha isn’t working, she’s still working – buried in self-development courses to sharpen her knowledge of best business practices, sustainability and Earth-friendly initiatives. Maneesha is an animal-lover, fitness enthusiast, and early riser. Her hobbies include chasing after her two small children and working up a sweat in the gym.
