Before co-founding Paragon Medics, she built her career with boutique and FTSE 250 recruitment firms, developing extensive expertise in medical recruitment and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.As Founder and Managing Partner of Paragon Medics, Maneesha is passionate about transforming the way doctors connect with rewarding career opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Holding an MBA and a BA in Commerce, she combines strategic business leadership with an in-depth knowledge of the medical recruitment market. Integrity, honesty and building meaningful, long-term relationships are at the heart of everything she does.Throughout her career, Maneesha has successfully established and grown specialist doctor recruitment divisions, supporting healthcare organisations in securing high-quality medical talent while helping doctors achieve their professional and personal career goals.
