Born and raised in Newcastle, NSW, Jessica has spent more than 15 years building a successful career in medical recruitment. Starting in compliance and workforce administration, she developed a strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment process before progressing into specialist doctor recruitment and co-founding Paragon Medics.As Founder and Managing Partner, Jess is passionate about connecting doctors across all specialties with rewarding career opportunities throughout Australia and New Zealand. Drawing on her extensive market knowledge and long-standing relationships with healthcare organisations, she works closely with both doctors and clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions built on trust, transparency and exceptional service.Jess has played an instrumental role in establishing and growing specialist doctor recruitment teams, with particular expertise in mental health recruitment. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail and commitment to building lasting relationships have earned the trust of doctors and healthcare organisations alike.Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her family, whether that's chasing after her children, practising Pilates or heading to the beach together. When she gets the chance to slow down, you'll usually find her with her nose in a good book.
