With more than 15 years of experience across recruitment, employment services and business operations, Kate has built her career on developing strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. Having worked across both the public and private sectors, she has developed expertise in recruitment, compliance, stakeholder engagement and workforce management, earning a reputation for her collaborative approach and commitment to achieving positive outcomes.​​​As part of the Paragon Medics team, Kate is passionate about supporting Australia's healthcare sector by connecting talented doctors with opportunities where they can thrive while delivering exceptional patient care. She understands that every career move is significant and takes the time to understand each doctor's aspirations, preferred way of working, and both their immediate and long-term career goals. Her consultative approach ensures every placement is the right fit for both the doctor and the healthcare organisation, helping her build trusted, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.​​​Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and their two children. She loves staying active through strength training and Pilates, and weekends are often spent enjoying family time and cheering from the sidelines at the basketball courts.
