TERMS & CONDITIONS – RANZCP Congress 2026 Prize Draw
1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at the start of RANZCP Congress 2026 and closes at:
10:30am Wednesday 6 May 2026 (AEST)
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to:
Attendees of the RANZCP Congress 2026
Individuals aged 18 years or over
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Scan the QR code at the Paragon Medics exhibition booth; and
Complete and submit the official entry form during the Promotion Period.
Entry is free of charge.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available:
Wellbeing Prize Pack valued at approximately $1,600 AUD, including:
Theragun PRO Plus
YETI Rambler 10oz Tumbler
Waterman Expert Pen
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Draw Details
The winner will be determined by a random draw.
The draw will take place:
11:00am Wednesday 6 May 2026

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be:
Notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw; and
Announced at the Paragon Medics booth (if present at the time of draw).
8. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
9. Redraw
If required, a redraw will take place at the same location as the original draw within a reasonable timeframe after the claim period.
The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.
10. Prize Delivery
The prize will be:
Provided to the winner in person at the event; or
Delivered to the winner within 28 days of confirmation of acceptance.
11. Use of Personal Information
The Promoter will collect and use personal information for the purpose of:
Conducting and administering this promotion; and
Contacting the winner.
If a participant opts in, the Promoter may also use their information to:
Provide information about job opportunities;
Share relevant industry updates and services.
Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
Any technical difficulties or issues affecting entry submission
Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the prize
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
